DWH is organized by Dr. Wan Muhamad Hasni as the central figure, putting all the connections of the organization in place, by providing guidance, principles, and approaches to the mission and functionalities of the organization. He is assisted by a team of Senior Advisors and Advisors who are by their own right, subject matter experts in the field that they are known for.
Any business ventures, project undertakings, client management, will be operated by a Team Leader, whose title will be "Business Director" or "Project Director", who will have team members under him/her. The members will carry the title of Associate Business Director or Associate Project Director, or simply a "member". The size of the team varies according to the scale of the subject matter.
